  • What pediatricians advise parents to do in regards to potty training
  • What you job is in regards to potty training
  • What your child’s job is in regards to potty training

  • What steps you can take to teach your child about using the potty
  • What to avoid when potty training your child

Each 90 minute telephone session will include time for your discipline questions.

Why now?

Because you have worked hard to select the perfect preschool for your child. You don’t want to lose your child’s spot. You don’t want to keep getting angry with your child about potty training. You want to be an appropriate parent who is teaching your child how to use the potty. You just need some extra help to get the job done.

Why this workshop?

You have tried everything you know, everything your friends know, and everything your extended family knows to get your child potty trained. But, the job is still not done. You just don’t know what else to do. Well, now this workshop series will provide you with the answers you need NOW.

You know you’ve been wanting to get better parenting advice. You just have been unsure of where to turn and who to ask. You did not know who to trust.

Well, now you can turn to Jennifer Watanabe, a long-time parenting specialist who has been working with parents of young children for the last 14 years teaching parenting classes at the local college, at the local hospital and in the community. She has had specialized training to help parents implement the positive parenting practices they have learned about along the way. She has worked with literally hundreds of parents over the years to:

  • manage difficult emotions including temper tantrums
  • understand the role that personality plays in the family
  • potty train their children
  • get their children to sleep earlier and longer
  • implement positive parenting techniques
  • improve family communication so that “No,” means no and much more

What other parents have said about working with Jennifer:

“Jennifer was so compassionate and supportive.”

“Jennifer offered us a nice balance of encouragement, reassurance and advice.”

I got more out of the class than I expected.”
